We are able to advise on all legislation including safety and we employ qualified contractors on your behalf, to carry out the necessary checks and to provide the necessary certification.
We inspect your property periodically and keep safety, plant, hygiene and appliance records to ensure that your properties are compliant and to advise on any preventative maintenance needed. You will be sent a written report after every inspection.
Due to a high demand, we now offer an ‘End of Tenancy’ service, so that your property is fully functional and ready for your next tenant.
